• Spelling Test: Friday, May 18
• Spelling words: Words written in a sentence- due May 18  
• Spelling words:ordinary, organize, parallel, participate, patience, percentage, permission, reservation, restaurant, scholar, sculpture, security, resign, seize, senator
• Theme: Due on Wednesday,May 23. Students are to describe or explain three favorites. It could be three favorite sports, foods, movies, songs, etc. A sheet given in class will serve as the graphic organizer. This sheet must be turned in along with a rough draft and final copy. Congratulations to Grace Brach for placing second in an essay contest sponsored by the SPCA.
• Book Report:   Students are to read any book between 100 and 200 pages and complete a sheet which will be provided. The next book report will be due MAY 25. No report for April.
