Happy Feast of the Epiphany!

Posted in

On this Feast of the Epiphany we have many gifts to be thankful for. First, our Music Ministry for the wonderful gift of their music. Next, we are thankful for all those who provided Ministry, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers, Ushers & Sacristans. Your help makes our celebration joyful for all Parishioners. This year we would like to thank in a special way the people who added "BLING" to our celebration. Al Nagel, who replated and refinished our Ciboria and candlesticks carried by our servers, and Gert McCormick and her family who donated the new Censer and boat in memory of her husband Gerry. The censor and boat are used to incense the altar and people at all our celebrations. These touches of gold certainly enhance our celebrations. Thank you all for your hard work and generosity!

A very heartfelt THANKS also to our Decorating Committee for their hard work in making our Church look spectacular!

To all of these people we say, Thank You for making our Christmas Celebration beautiful, joyful, and prayerful for us!

Thanks also to all the parishioners for all the good wishes, cards, and "goodies" sent to the Rectory. GOD BLESS YOU ONE AND ALL!

Happy Feast of the Immaculate Conception (Our Parish Patroness)!

Heavenly Father,

Who by the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, did prepare a worthy dwelling place for thy Son, we beseech thee that, as you preserved her from all sin, so too you would permit us, purified through her intercession, to come unto you. Amen.
